Professional Experience

Rita is a Lawyer, registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2021, and has been part of the paxlegal team since March 2025.

Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in the areas of Credit Recovery, Insolvency, Corporate Law, and Immigration & Nationality, with a particular focus on the latter. Before joining paxlegal, she collaborated with EDGE International Lawyers, Luís S. Rodrigues & Associados, Abreu Advogados, and LEGAL|SQUARE.

Currently, she focuses primarily on Immigration & Nationality, providing legal advice to both national and international clients.

Academic Background

Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2016).

Master’s in Civil Law Sciences, specializing in Civil Procedure Law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2018).

Intensive Course in Investment Funds at the Private Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2022).
